We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the market.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth for Gentle Scan. This role involves market research, relationship building, and strategic planning to expand our market presence and achieve business objectives.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify potential partnerships, distribution channels, and new markets for medical device products.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including lead generation and qualification.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Medspas, independently-owned clinics, and other industry partners.
- Negotiate and close deals.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market insights and business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the medical device market, regulatory environment, and healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
