Jerry Tang is an entrepreneur and investor with background in both engineering and finance. He founded VCV in 2021. He created TigerDC, Gentle Scan, Atlas Cloud AI and SnowballX. Prior to VCV, he was a senior executive in French investment bank, Natixis, overseeing their commercial real estate business.
Jerry has a BS from Huazhong Univ. of Sci & Tech and a MS from Columbia University. He also attends the Owner President Manager program in Harvard Business School.
He resides in New York City with his wife and three children.
Matt Feast is a Partner in VCV. He helped co-found VCV in 2021. He is in charge of financing for VCV and its portfolio companies. Prior to VCV, he worked in several global banks including Credit Suisse, Natixis and SBI Shinsei Bank.

Amanda Klier is a Partner in VCV. She is a managing director in Gentle Scan, a portfolio company in health tech. Prior to VCV, she worked in several Fortune 500 firms including GE, Deloitte and US Trust.

Wei Xu is a Partner in VCV. He is in charge of business development and operations for AI related activities. Prior to VCV, he worked in a Fortune 500 telecom firm, responsible for its MENA sales division.
Wei received a BS and a MS from Huazhong Univ. of Sci & Tech.
John is the Chief Scientist of VCV. He has led an accomplished career in multiple Fortune 100 tech companies including IBM, Google, Lockheed Martin, Hitachi. He started his career as a scientist in NASA.

John lives in the California Bay Area with his family.
Josh Crass is the data center project manager in TigerDC. His responsibilities include data center development and operational management. His experiences include stints in Google, Meta and CrowdStrike.
